Delete your Picipie account

Picipie is published by Barnat Labs. You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time. Deleting is permanent — nothing is archived and nothing can be restored afterwards.

In the app

Open Picipie and sign in.
Tap the profile icon at the top right, then Settings.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. For your protection this needs a sign-in from the last few minutes, so you may be asked to sign in again first.

The deletion runs immediately.

Without the app installed

Email barnatstudio@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We use the sending address to identify the account, so it must be the same one. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

Everything held under your account:

Your profile — name, email address and profile picture from Google Sign-In
Saved recipes, favourites and recipe history
Pantry items and shopping list
Nutrition profile — age, sex, height, weight, goals and targets
Food, water and weight entries
Usage allowance records
The sign-in itself, so the account no longer exists

What is kept, and for how long

Operational server logs record that a request was made — the model used, how long it took, and a one-way hashed identifier. They contain no name, email address, photo or recipe content, and the identifier cannot be turned back into your account. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for up to 7 days, after which they are gone.

Your photos are never stored on our servers at any point — see the Privacy Policy.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove data:

Recipe history — Recipes → History → Clear
Shopping list — My Kitchen → List → Clear
Pantry — My Kitchen → Pantry → remove items
Favourites — tap the heart again on any saved recipe
Meal, water and weight entries — Track → tap an entry → delete
